Beadwork basket
Beadwork on kottan basketry is a revival effort by the M.Rm.Rm. Cultural Foundation. These baskets were earlier made as a hobby craft, and had completely died out. This palm leaf kottan is painstakingly worked over with tiny glass beads in traditional patterns, with a thin sheet of glittering tinsel sandwiched between the basket and the beads.

PRODUCT INFO
These baskets are made of palm leaf, with an embellishment of tinsel paper and glas beads. As they are hand dyed and handwoven, there will be slight colour and size variations. These marks of individuality add to the products' uniqueness.
